It was published in 1994 and was a guide to resources available at the time.  You could purchase a copy at any bookstore or your favorite computer software/hardware store of the era such a Egghead Software. It is available for purchase through Amazon for letting your "fingers do the walking". As with progress, this book has followed the Yellow Pages phone directory.
